Fallow Deer Are Distinctive
Native to Europe and Asia Minor, fallow deer are an attractive trophy. Trophy fallow bucks are usually 6+ years old, weigh up to 220 pounds with 12-24 points and 23+ inch beams. Fallow deer are slightly larger than the standard whitetail deer and unlike the whitetail, they are herd animals, and behave more like an elk.
